Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Why do you ask for a phone # at checkout?
A: We ask for a phone # as a secondary way to contact you in regards to your order.  In some cases it's needed for shipping information (in some cases UPS requires a phone #).  When paying by credit card, we ask for your phone number as a secondary verification and to contact you if there are any payment issues.  Your phone # is never sold, rented, or distributed.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  A much more accurate estimate is available by entering your zip code for use in calculations.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
