WATTGATE 350i HC High Current Connector BLACK,/b>

The Wattate 350i HC IEC plug is excellent for DIY projects and power cords for improving power delivery to components. Easy installation and top-notch performance are built into the design. Superior construction of the 350i HC features a BLACK polycarbonate rear housing, and a glass filled nylon front housing. The removable insert can accommodate cable diameters from 0.300" (7.62 mm) to 0.655" (16.63 mm).

Installation is simple with color coded, funnel shaped holes to guide conductors into the unique Perma-Lock terminals. As the terminal screw tightens down on the contact tang, it compresses the wire underneath the tang, causing the screw to exert an upward lift of the collar overleaf. This lifting action "locks up" the screws threads. Stress on the terminals is virtually eliminated. Heat cycling and vibration cannot loosen the screw.

Super thick contact tangs and a three-layer plating process: Oxygen free copper plating, electro-nickel, and gold plating dramatically improves conductivity and prevents corrosion. Plug is cryogenically treated, rated to 250 VAC, 20A, and accepts up to 10 gauge wire.
