There is a limited warranty on all Velleman products. If a customer encounters a problem during normal use, they can return all products to the Velleman Technical Department for examination and repair. If the problem is caused by a factory defect, it will be fixed at no charge. The diagnosis of the Velleman Technical Department is final. Please allow at least 14 days for repair.

Call manufacturer contact for an RA number. Pack merchandise carefully to avoid further damage, and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt. Ship merchandise back to the manufactuer prepaid.
