We strive to bring you quality products from reputable manufacturers. Though rare, an item may have a defect or be damaged in shipping. No fear, we are dedicated to your satisfaction.

Please Note: We can only accept products for return within 14 days of when you receive the product. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. Non-defective product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must include the original product, original box and all accessories, manuals etc. that were included.

An RMA number must accompany all returned items. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please contact sales@revolutionpower.com or at 1.800.454.4596.

Please note:  Due to the electrical nature of fuses and the delicate job they have of protecting customer equipment, counterfeiting, etc., we cannot accept returns on fuses.  We cannot offer for sale, any fuses, used or unused, that have left our possession - even packages that appear unopened.  Please check your equipment and review your fuse order prior to purchasing.

Please include the following information in your communication:

  • The full name of the purchaser (for example, Jane Doe).
  • Your full email address: (janedoe@mymail.com). If you purchased your item direct and don't have an email address, please include a phone number to contact you.
  • The order or invoice number
  • A brief description of the product, its condition, opened-unopened etc., and reason for return.

Follow these steps once you have an approved RMA:

  1. Ship the item back to us. You are responsible for shipping costs unless given alternate instructions by our sales team. Please use a reputable tracking shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) so your package can be tracked. YOU MUST SEND US THE TRACKING NUMBER.
  2. When your item has been received and processed, we will credit your account, less shipping, handling and applicable tariffs or taxes, or ship you a replacement product. If we are out of stock of the item at that time, we reserve the right to ship an equivalent or better product.
  3. If purchased by credit card, an entry on your credit card statement will be from Revaudio. For checks or bank transfers, a check will be issued and mailed to your registered address.

We process refunds on our end within 24 hours.  Credits may require up to 6 weeks to process through your bank or credit card issuer, though most often just a day or two.
