The Furutech FI-03R is a High Performance Rhodium Plated IEC inlet with an integrated fuse holder for small 5x20m fuses.  Some equipment designs use an integrated inlet like these.  Good quality upgrades are hard to find.  Furutech makes a very nice unit with good fit and finish.  The fuse holder even has a space for a spare fuse! (fuses not included)
