The Furutech The FI-06 gold plated IEC Inlet sounds slightly and is well suited for Audio and Video solid state audio gear. This premium IEC inlet sports a nylon / fiberglass housing and high conductivity Phosphor Bronze base metal. The Furutech FI-06 IEC inlet is a significant upgrade to most audiophile components. Most stock inlets are made of nickel-plated brass and PVC body. When used in conjunction with the Furutech FI-25 series or other Furutech IEC plugs on your power cord, you'll have a connection that has a very tight grip, in addition to great sound! This IEC inlet is simple to install, and does NOT require soldering. The wires are simply screwed into the inlet.

Also available as a rhodium plated unit that provides a somewhat cooler presentation. We recommend the Rhodium or silver units for tube gear, video applications or moving a warmer sounding system closer to center or cooler.
